The hotel is situated in a more residential part of Hong Kong, far from the bustling attractions but offering a quiet retreat. The rooms had convenient lighting and temperature controls, though some may find them too cold at times. The service was personalized and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The spectacular harbour views were a definite highlight, but the small and damp rooms were a letdown. The service was friendly but sometimes lacking, and the location was convenient with easy access to transportation, although not without its drawbacks. The dining was good, offering excellent views, but the Aircon in the dining area was a bit too strong.
The hotel offers clean and excellent ocean-view rooms but with a musty smell I found pervasive due to my sensitivity to mold. The service was very professional and responsive, although at times scarce. The location is great, especially for those with appointments on the island side, but may be inconvenient for shopping due to distance from the MTR station. The dining experience was good, with a variety of choices, although the Aircon was a bit too strong at times.
